Minneapolis: Fashion hot bed?

Minneapolis is all-a-fire with amazingly talented designers and stylists. Through a recent school project I discovered the amazing work of the stylist collective: Eclecticoiffeur. "Eclecticoiffeur (e-klek’tek kwä-fûr) is a multi-faceted stylist collective specializing in hair, make-up and fashion styling for editorial, commercial, and event purposes dedicated to setting a higher standard within the industry through consistent, quality, and innovative work. The lead stylists behind Voltage: Fashion Amplified, Eclecticoiffeur has also worked behind the scenes at fashion shows for Vita.mn and the Minnesota Historical Society, and between the pages of Vita.mn, Downtown Journal, Southwest Journal, METRO Magazine, l'etoile, and City Pages. The collective has also shot in such locations as the Guthrie Theater, the W Hotel at the Foshay, and Cafe Lurcat. Other clients include mplsart.com, MNfashion, Vision Model Management, and fashion designers Katherine Gerdes, Ra'mon-Lawrence Coleman, Laura Fulk, and Red Shoe Clothing Co."
